We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day — our chosen premium service for secure, fast, and fully tracked delivery of fine jewellery.

• Guaranteed next working day delivery (or your postage cost refunded by Royal Mail if not met*)
• 7-day-a-week availability in most UK areas (including Saturday and Sunday delivery at no extra charge compared to weekdays)
• End-to-end tracking from dispatch to delivery
• Signature on delivery + photo proof of safe handover for added security
• Compensation cover up to £2,500 (included as standard; higher consequential loss cover available on request for very high-value items)
• Ideal for valuable jewellery — secure, insured, and reliable
*Guarantee applies to on-time delivery on the next working day (Monday–Sunday in supported areas). Certain remote postcodes or delays due to extreme weather/events may have restrictions. Full terms at royalmail.com.
Delivery Times
• Order before our daily cut-off (typically 2:00 PM GMT/BST, Monday–Sunday) → dispatched same day and delivered next working day.
• Orders placed after cut-off or on bank holidays → dispatched next working day.
• Delivery expected by end of next working day (usually before 5:30 PM in most areas; exact time not guaranteed beyond “next day”).
• You will receive a tracking number via email immediately after dispatch.
Shipping Costs
We offer transparent, flat-rate pricing for Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day (prices include packaging, insurance, and Royal Mail fees; updated as of 2026):
• Orders up to £[X, e.g. 500] → £[X, e.g. 8.95–12.95] (depending on weight & size)
• Orders over £[X, e.g. 500] → FREE shipping
• Express upgrade — Not required (already next-day guaranteed)
All prices include VAT where applicable. Final cost shown at checkout based on your order weight/dimensions/value.
Important Notes
• Signature required — Someone must be available to sign for the package (or redirect via Royal Mail tracking if needed).
• Safe delivery — We strongly recommend choosing a secure address (home/work) or a trusted neighbour. Royal Mail may leave in a safe place only with explicit permission.
• High-value jewellery — All items are fully insured under Royal Mail’s compensation scheme. For added protection, consider our optional enhanced insurance (contact us for details).
• Non-delivery / lost items — Extremely rare with this service. In the unlikely event of issues, we handle claims directly with Royal Mail (money-back on postage + replacement/refund on item).
• Customs / International — We do not currently ship outside the UK.
Processing Time
• Most orders are handmade/quality-checked and dispatched within 1–2 working days (often same day).
• During busy periods (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s), allow up to 3 working days for processing.
